With more than twenty years of experience in customer service, Laurie began her career at Hudson’s Bay Company, starting in sales before spending over a decade in Retail Development on the Regional Marketing Team, where she cultivated a strong interest in marketing. Her work in this dynamic environment allowed her to develop expertise in relationship building, strategic communication, and brand engagement.
Following the pandemic, Laurie chose to leave her hometown of Etobicoke and relocate to the country to pursue a new adventure in the insurance industry. She has since been learning from respected professionals while contributing her marketing insight and customer service strengths to the team. Driven, creative, and dedicated to continuous growth, Laurie aims to bring fresh energy and meaningful value to the BLISI team while expanding her knowledge alongside leaders like Brian and Leisha in the insurance field.
